Dave Fulaytar

Senior Program Administrator - WVU ICRC.  Mr. Fulaytar is a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force with over 30 years of experience as a personnel manager, administrator, and supervisor.  He provides senior administrative management and support to the ICRC Director and affiliated faculty; and, direct supervision to the administrative core.  Mr. Fulaytar is responsible for all business aspects of the Center including fiscal and personnel management, business administration and operations, grant/budget preparation, and facility management.  He executes and administers all contracts, sub-contracts, and financial agreements external to the institution.
