Sandra Putnam

Sandra Putnam, Principal Investigator and Project Director NIDA State and Local Epidemiology Planning and Information Development Project. Dr. Putnam has a PhD in Medical Sociology and Demography from Brown University, a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a BA from Smith College. She is assisting inthe scientific evaluation of ICRC projects.
