Electronic Blue Sheet (EBS)

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) have collaborated to implement a full service Electronic Research Administration (ERA) solution.

• Electronic Blue Sheet (EBS) System Login.

While planning for ERA will be an ongoing long-term project for the University, in the short term, OSP and OIT have worked to create an Electronic Sponsored Programs Application Approval Sheet (blue sheet). This new Electronic Blue Sheet (EBS) has implemented a paperless routing and approval process for proposal documents typically submitted to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP).
