Note: When processing grant submissions for administrative (HSC) approval, it has been the policy to allow investigator's to submit "draft" narratives in order to expedite processing. All proposals submitted to Sponsored Programs, on the other hand, need to be complete and final. We will continue processing proposals with draft narratives; however, our office will now REQUIRE that once proposals are finalized an electronic copy of the complete, FINAL proposal MUST be forwarded to the HSC Office of Research (vlemasters@hsc.wvu.edu) for our records. Failure to do so could result in HSC administration instructing Sponsored Programs to withdraw the application from the sponsor.
