Recommendations
  • For best results, call the restaurant in advance of your visit and speak directly to the Chef.
  • The Chef may not have heard of Ornish before, so be very specific about what you would like for your meal.
  • Go tot he restaurant during off-peak hours.
  • Read menus carefully. Always have an Ornish Restaurant Card handy to show the Chef.
  • Bring your own fat free salad dressings and Soy or fat free Parmesan cheese to add flavor to your meal.
  • Don't be afraid to ask questions!!
