This testimonial was sent to PEIA by an Ornish participant who had to withdrawal from the program due to continued medical problems.

My husband has lost twenty pounds, takes one half of this diabetic medication and his heart (lipids) and diabetic (A1C) are within normal limits. My weight is down, exercise is regular, and stress management is significantly manageable. My last labs indicated dramatic improvement.
