The Wellness programs 2nd annual ultimate fall league will begin September 20th,2011. The format of the league will be slightly different than the past leagues. In an attempt to mix things up a little we will be playing a hat format league (teams will be evenly drafted). Most people will join this league as individuals, but you may join with as many as three people in a group. Your skill level will be assessed by the questions in the registration survey, and teams will be drawn as evenly as possible. The link to the registration survey is below. If you have trouble accessing the survey please send me an email at aflack@hsc.wvu.edu with answers to the questions posed in this document. Registration will be $5 for non-employees, and free for WVU Healthcare employees. If you have never heard of wellness points please see this page. Those on teams who are guests of employees will need to pay $5 to join. Please send me any other questions you may have about the league.
