January is Take the Pledge
Need a little help sticking to your New Year’s resolutions? Take the Pledge! Simply pick a wellness goal that you hope to achieve, complete and sign the registration form, and we will provide you with the programs and tools you need to achieve it. Then record your progress each week and submit a weekly update form to help you stay on track. Prizes will be awarded each week to participants who turn in updated forms.
