Power Pump
This 60-minute class uses a body bar (a 2 to 4 foot weighted bar) to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Also included are intervals of bands, and hand weights. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses, and lifts. Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss, improve your strength, shape and tone your muscles! Make your body buff! Body Bars will be provided.
