This Vinyasa-based class that focuses on alignment, strengthening the core, and linking movement with breath. The primary focus is moving with intention and working from the inside out. If you are feeling stressed, out of shape, or low on energy, then this is the class for you! Mats are provided.





D-Stress Yoga & Vinyasa Flow

The Tuesday noon class, Slow Vinyasa Flow, will aim to mindful movement at the pace of the breath. This class is an introduction to the vinyasa style and will incorporate fundamental yoga postures into the sun salutation, moving at a slow, steady pace to get used to the flow. Expect a strong emphasis on developing a steady breath and to move continuously, with brief holds in postures.

The Thursday noon class, D-Stress Yoga, will focus on poses to relieve stress and symptoms of anxiety. By transferring focus and attention to the body and breath, yoga can help to temper anxiety while also releasing physical tension.

The Wednesday noon class, Body/Mind/Breath Flow, will move at a medium pace and form a balanced synchrony of movements linked with the breath. The class is designed to be a mid-week positive recharge, elevate your mood, strengthen your core, loosen your body and cultivate resiliency.

The Friday noon class, Unwind & Renew, is designed to decompress from the work week & re connect with yourself. You will stretch out your stress and tightness and integrate practices that restore inner tranquility and awareness. We will practice breathing, meditation practices and a restorative pose for emotional resiliency and renewal.
