A: If one spouse is the insurance carrier and the other spouse is covered under that insurance, then both are eligible for the BMI Incentive.
Q: If my BMI is 25.9 will I still receive the BMI Incentive?
A: Yes. BMI's lower than 26 are acceptable for the BMI Incentive
Q: Do I need to be tobacco free in order to qualify for the BMI Incentive?
A: Yes. You must be a non-tobacco user with a BMI less than 26
Q: How to I access the online Health Risk Assessment?
A: Visit www.mybenefitshome.com. Select the Members tab. You may need to register or if you have visited the site before you will need to log in. If you are registering for the first time, you will need your insurance card.
Q: Can I assess the Health Risk Assessment from my home computer?
A: Yes
