Ingredients:

4 pieces

Salmon
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T Soy sauce
1/2 cup Toasted sliced almonds

Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash and dry salmon and season.

  3. Grease a dish and place salmon in dish and pour combine ingredients over salmon.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes then sprinkle with toasted almonds.

  5. To toast the almonds quickly, toss almonds in a small non-stick skillet and saute on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
