Ingredients:

2 # Raw weight

Flank steak
1 cup Grey poupon
1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Black pepper
Salad:
26 oz. Fresh spinach
3 Red tomatoes, cut in 6 wedges each
2 1/4 cup Fresh sliced mushrooms
2 cup Crumbled bleu cheese

Recipe Directions:

  1. Coat raw flank roast in grey poupon, garlic and black pepper.  Roast in slow cook oven until center reaches 145 degrees.  Slice thinly across the grain.  Keep hot for service.  Serving per salad is 3 oz.
