| 6 oz. | Fresh Broccoli (flowers & peeled stems) |
| 1 Tbsp. | Purple Onion, diced |
| 1 Tbsp. | Parmesan Cheese |
| ¼ cup | Fat Free Sour Cream |
| 1/8 tsp. | Nutmeg |
| 1/8 tsp. | Black Pepper |
| 1 Tbsp. | Fresh Basil, chopped |
| 1 oz. | Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese |

Remove and discard tough ends of stalks from broccoli. Cut away tops, and coarsely chop. Peel and coarsely chop stems. Mix with diced purple onion. Boil or steam until crisp-tender; drain and cool. |

Stir together broccoli-onion mixture, parmesan cheese, fat free sour cream, nutmeg, black pepper and fresh basil. Keep cold until pizza is baked. |

Top each pizza with scoop broccoli mixture. Spread to within ½ inch from edge. Top each with ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
