Broccoli Supreme Pizza

Amount: Ingredients:
6 oz. Fresh Broccoli (flowers & peeled stems)
1 Tbsp. Purple Onion, diced
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
1 oz. Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Remove and discard tough ends of stalks from broccoli.  Cut away tops, and coarsely chop.  Peel and coarsely chop stems.  Mix with diced purple onion.  Boil or steam until crisp-tender;  drain and cool.

Stir together broccoli-onion mixture, parmesan cheese, fat free sour cream, nutmeg, black pepper and fresh basil. Keep cold until pizza is baked.

Top each pizza with scoop broccoli mixture.  Spread to within ½ inch from edge. Top each with ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese.  Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
