thawed 3-5 oz. fillets |

Recipe
Directions:

Mix cornmeal
and spices. Dip thawed
fish fillets in egg substitute, then in cornmeal mix.
Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake in 350 degree oven (400 degree conventional oven) until
internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
