Fresh Mushroom & Spinach on Ciabatta

Amount: Ingredients:
1/2 Green Pepper, seeded and cut in strips
2 oz. Fresh Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 slice Red Onion
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/8 tsp. Oregan
10 Fresh Spinach Leaves
1 oz. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese, part-skim
2 slices Fresh Tomato
1 Ciabatta Roll
Mix peppers, mushroom, onion, garlic and oregano.  Cover bottom of ciabatta roll with green pepper, mushroom, red onion mix.  Add a layer of spinach leaves, 1 slice cheese and fresh tomato.  Grill on panini grill lightly sprayed with Pam.  Serve.
