Amount:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tsp.

Chopped garlic
1 # Broccoli cuts
1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 # Whole green beans
2 Diced fresh tomatoes
5 oz. Cucumber with peel, diced
8 oz. Fresh spinach leaves
1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1/2 cup Brown rice, dry volume
1 cup Tap water

Recipe Directions:

  1. Cook rice in water with spices until nearly done.  Add green beans and broccoli.  Just before serving, add tomatoes, cucumbers and spinach.
