Amount: Ingredients:
3 ½ Tbsp. Honey
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
4 cloves Minced Fresh Garlic
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Ground Coriander
1/3 cup White Wine
¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 pound Fresh Salmon, fillet skinned & cut in 4 oz. (raw weight) portions
Recipe Directions:
  1. Combine honey, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, wine & parsley for marinade.  Mix well.
  2. Pour marinade over fish.
  3. Hold overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Drain and discard excess marinade.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes, or until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
  6. Keep hot for service.
