Ingredients:

1 lb.

Frozen Spinach, thawed
8 oz. Provolone Cheese
8 oz. Green Pepper, diced
4 oz. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. 6 Pepper Seasoning Blend
1 Pork Loin Roll (about lbs. each)

Recipe Directions:

  1. Lay out pork.  Cover 2/3's of the meat with:  1 lb. spinach, 8 oz. provolone, 8 oz. green pepper, 4 oz. bread crumbs, 1 tsp. 6 pepper blend.  Roll pork over itself, starting with covered end.

  2. Roast at 300 degrees for about 2 hours or until internal temperature reached 165 degrees.

  3. Keep hot for service (above 145 degrees).  Do not slice each roll until needed.  Slice each roll into 20 servings.
