Mix above ingredients together. Keep cold for service (below 45 degrees). |

| 1/4 cup | Bread Crumbs | ||
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Onions, diced | ||
| ¼ cup | Egg Substitute | ||
| ¼ cup | Fat Free Miracle Whip | ||
| 2/3 tsp. | Old Bay Seasoning | ||
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Parsley Flakes | ||
| Clean salmon; mix it and remaining ingredients (reserve ½ of bread crumbs for outside of patty) in chopper or processor. Portion into ½ cup patties. Lightly press patty in reserved bread crumbs. | |||
