Ingredients:

6 cups Sliced fresh pears
1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/3 cup Ground flax
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Regular oats

Recipe Directions:

  1. Combine pears and lemon juice in a baking dish, toss gently to coat.

  2. Combine granulated sugar, cornstarch, and 2/3 of cinnamon; stir with a whisk.

  3. Add cornstarch mixture to pear mixture; toss well to coat.

  4. Mix flax, rest of cinnamon, brown sugar, and oats.

  5. Sprinkle evenly over pear mixture.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 minutes until pears are tender and topping is golden brown.
