Ingredients:

3 cups Peaches
1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Whole-wheat flour
1 t Baking powder
1/4 t Salt
Egg (substitute)
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Applesauce
1 t Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Granola (homemade recipe)

Recipe Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 F.  Grease and flour baking pan.

2.  In a medium bowl, stir together both flours, the baking powder and the salt.

3.  In a large bowl, beat egg, add sugar, applesauce and vanilla and beat until combined.

4.  Stir flour mixture into the egg mix.  Spread into the prepared pan.  Sprinkle the peaches on top.  Top the pieces with granola.

5.  Bake 45 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.  Cut into triangles.
