Ingredients:

1 cup Flour (whole wheat)
1 cup Sugar (or 1/2 cup sugar and 6 packets of sweet n low)
1 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 cup Canned skimmed evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. Salt (optional)
1 (21 oz.) can Blackberry pie filling (or your choice of fruit pie filling)
2 tsp. Sugar mixed with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions:

1.  Pour pie filling into a square casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.  Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and skim milk.  Pour batter mix on top of the fruit.  Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the batter.

2.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve warm with non-fat frozen yogurt or fat free Redi Whip.
