Ingredients:

1 pkg. 

Smart Ground (By-LightLife)
4 Egg Whites
1/3 cup Oats
1 medium Onion
to taste Onion powder
to taste Garlic powder
1/3 cup catsup

Recipe Directions:

  1. Mix Smart Ground until crumbly,

  2. Saute onion- add to mixture.

  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

  4. Shape into burgers.

  5. Brown on both side in stick-free skillet that has been sprayed with fat-free Pam.

  6. Cover and let simmer (very low heat) around 5-7 minutes.
