| Alter to taste | Tien Tsin Peppers (chopped) | ||
| 1 T. | Ground ginger | ||
| Thicken with corn starch. Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to sweeten with one quart of sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Sauce is good for stir fries. | |||
