Ingredients:

1 # Red potatoes, unpeeled
1/3 tsp. Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Skim milk
Dash White pepper, ground
1/3 oz. Horseradish, well drained

Recipe Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender.  Drain thoroughly.

  2. Place hot potatoes in mixing bowl.  Mix on low speed until potatoes are mashed.

  3. Slowly add milk, pepper, garlic and horseradish while mixing on low speed.

  4. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute, then on high speed for 2-3 minutes. Do not over mix.

  5. Hold hot (145 degrees or above) for service.
