Ingredients:

6 oz. dry

Brown Rice
¾ tsp. Minced Garlic
½ cup Diced Onion
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
¼ tsp. Ground Coriander
¼ tsp. Ground Cayenne
1 ½ tsp. Curry Powder
1 cup Green Beans, French Style
1/3 cup Broccoli Florets
¾ cup Fresh Spinach
½ cup Diced Fresh Cucumber
½ cup Diced Fresh Tomato

Recipe Directions:

  1. Cook rice in seasonings and water. 

  2. Add green beans, broccoli and spinach and heat until vegetables are al dente. 

  3. Mix cucumbers and fresh tomatoes. 

  4. Garnish with cucumber, fresh tomato mix during service. 

  5. Serving is 6 oz. volume.
