| 4 medium | Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin |
| 1 1/2 c. | Soy milk |
| 2 T. | Flour |
| 1 tsp. | Salt |
| 1/2 - 1 tsp. | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 - 1 tsp. | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 medium | Onion, chopped |

Recipe Directions: Peel
and slice potatoes thinly. In
a saucepan, combine soy milk, flour, salt, garlic power and cayenne pepper
and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
Add onions to sauce. Layer casserole dish with half of potato slices. Spoon half of sauce over slices and repeat with remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover and bake in preheated over at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. |
