My co-workers inspired me to try to reach a small goal, through exercise and diet. By reaching small goals, my reward was knowing that I could do it and also that if I failed one day, there was always the next day.
I am motivated by knowing that I am healthier and that I look forward to being able to do the things I like to do such as walking, riding a bike, hiking etc...
I have more energy and know I can still eat and enjoy my improved health! |
