Increase Membership 2-3% for 2003

Increase visibility of the Association to Dental & Dental Hygiene students.

Continue to increase communication with members.

Increase alumni news in School Bulletin.

Increase participation of the alumni in reunion-weekend.

Develop a Strategic Plan that will encompass 5 years.

Study to determine if change is needed in some activities of the Association.

Continue to support activities sponsored by the School of Dentistry and Dental Hygiene Division and increase support where needed.

Create a distinguished alumni database and promote these individuals in the Bulletin and also with the WVU Alumni Association.

Determine what the Alumni want from their organization.

Increase e-mail database.

Work with Development officer to identify alumni contacts regarding potential gifts.

Continue to update alumni database and keep current.

Meet with Senior students to determine what their interests are regarding the Alumni Association, present them with a packet of information about the Association and solicit their membership.
