Clark Hansbarger, MD, Dean, WVU Charleston Division
	Dr. L. Clark Hansbarger is the Associate Vice President for Health Sciences. L. Clark Hansbarger, M.D., is the former Director of the West Virginia Department of Health. His specialty is Pediatrics and he was previously appointed Director by Governor Jay Rockefeller, serving in that capacity from 1981-1985. He was responsible for an annual budget of $150 million and oversaw 4,000 employees in 26 programs and eight state facilities. Dr. Hansbarger and his wife, Christine, return to West Virginia from New Mexico. He served as Dean of Graduate Medical Education at the University of New Mexico and had previously been Division Director of General Pediatrics and Medical Director of the Pediatrics Ambulatory Service at UNM. He is a native of Welch, West Virginia. He is a graduate of Duke University’s School of Economics and Business Administration and the Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine. Stephanie Bowen
	Stephanie Bowen is the Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice President for Health Sciences. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and joined the University in 1997. Robert A. Cagna
	Robert Cagna is the library director at the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center, Charleston Division. Rob came to WVU from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where he was the Department Head of Access and Document Delivery Services in the Biomedical Library. Rob had previously been a Senior Research Information Specialist at the AARP Research Information Center in Washington, DC. Rob has a Master of Arts from Washington Theological Union, a Master of Science in Library Science from Catholic University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida. Rena Cosby
	Rena is native West Virginian, one of nine children growing up in Montgomery, WV. She is a graduate of West Virginia State College where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work. She is a 22-year employee of the Health Science Center, Charleston Division, serving as Supervisor Human Resources. Her primary responsibilities include employment, recruitment (faculty & staff), benefits administration, and employee relations. Rena also serves as the Division’s Social Justice Liaison, in which role she is responsible for investigation of harassment, discrimination, ADA complaints etc. She recently received special training to be the Mediator at the Charleston Division. She is the mother of a daughter and a grandson who reside in Ohio. Rena enjoys singing in the church choir, doing crafts, serving as president of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and spoiling her grandson. Jeff Driggs
	Jeff Driggs,Director of Communications and Marketing, Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center, Charleston Division. A St. Albans, West Virginia native, Jeff is a graduate of West Virginia State College with a degree in Communications. As Communications and Marketing Director, Jeff works as a liason with local media outlets to promote the HSC within the community and also works within the departments to offer marketing and special events support. The Communications Department also assists the Alumni Affairs and Development Departments in various projects to further the mission of the HSC. Prior to his becoming Communications Director, Jeff assisted in the Alumni Affairs Department of the Charleston Division. A published author and recording artist, Jeff travels on weekends to lecture on Appalachian folk dance history. He currently resides in Cross Lanes. Eric Kampsnider
	Eric Kampsnider, Chief Information Officer, WVU Charleston Division, WVU Physicians of Charleston Eric has served in information technology roles since 1988. He has been employed by WVUPC, and UHA for over 15 years serving in a variety ofaccounting, finance, and information technology support roles. As Chief Information Officer (CIO), he will provide direction and leadership for all information technology related issues for the Robert C. David Perry
	David Perry, MBA, Assistant Vice President for Finance & Administration, WVU Health Sciences Center, Charleston Division Prior to becoming Assist. VP, David served as Executive Director, Charleston Division for University Health Associates. David also serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the WVU Physicians of Charleston Board of Directors. David earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from West Virginia University in 1989. During his undergraduate tenure at WVU, he was a four year letterman on the WVU Baseball team. David was named to the Atlantic Ten All- Conference team as a pitcher in 1988. He received his MBA from the Marshall University Graduate College in 1998. David first joined the WVU School of Medicine in 1989 as an accountant for the Department of Medicine in Morgantown. In 1993, he was appointed Senior Accountant for the UHA Charleston Division. In 1997, David became the first Department Administrator at the Charleston Division by being named Administrator for the Department of Family Medicine. David was born and raised in Morgantown, WV. Jackie Rosencrance
	Jackie Rosencrance, Development Assistant for WVU Charleston Division/ Building Greatness Campaign. Prior to this position, Jackie was an Administrative Assistant for the WVU School of Pharmacy over the last eight years. She has an Associate in Applied Health Sciences and currently finishing Health Care Administration at WVU Tech. Jackie is looking forward to helping develop and enhance the academics, teaching & research, along with physical expansion for the Charleston Division with the support of faculty, friends, and private supporters. She is a native of Charleston, WV and is married to Greg Rosencrance who is also employed by the School of Medicine. They have two boys Zachary and Austin. Terry Surface
	Terry Surface, Program Coordinator for the Charleston Division Office of Alumni Affairs since April of 2000, provides leadership for programming and activities aimed at promoting and maintaining positive relationships with alumni, students, faculty and staff. She has an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Humanities. Terry has previous experience in public relations and program planning with the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association and as a hospital public relations director.
