Provision of universal primary health care; programs for employment keeping young persons in rural areas. Coverage of rural elders by health and social insurance. Strengthening family and rural community. Development of models for successful delivery of services and support, strengthening of primary health care system. General measures for socioeconomic development. Transfer of initiatives from federal agencies to functionaries of rural governance. Existing and projected provisions for financial security and health insurance for old age in rural areas in unorganized sectors of economy in less developed countries. Identification of information gaps.
