The Boom Days of Coal Volume III: Music of the Upper Kanawha Valley
The Boom Days of Coal Volume III focuses on the rich cultural tradition of mountain music in the Upper Kanawha Valley of West Virginia. Interviews for this portion of the project were completed by Catherine Swan, who was a Shepherd Service-Learning Intern from Washington & Lee University for the summer of 2005.
