Easel displays are being phased out at Health Sciences, due to limited space and being a hazard. Infostation screens are placed around the Health Sciences campus and are great ways to raise awareness of an event or important happening at Health Sciences. They last roughly 8-to-10 seconds on screen, so information must be concise.
Please note: If this is an event listing that applies to a smaller audience, placing the event on the WVU Calendar will feed through to the Infostations and through the appropriate Health Sciences school websites, and the main Health Sciences calendar page.
Health Sciences supports the events of all schools and programs at this campus as they provide avenues for faculty, staff, students, parents & families, and the community to connect. Click the above link to learn more.
When submitting project requests, please submit all project requests through this form with all available data. Due to workload, design projects are subject to approval and may be denied.
Short-form social video is anything that runs from 60 to 90 seconds and tells a story. These are not videos that are used beyond Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Due to workload, projects are subject to approval and may be denied.
If your project is not for social media purposes, MDTV is available to produce video in-house at Health Sciences. Click more to learn about their rates, production process and availability.
University Relations photography is available for headshot and in-house photography at Health Sciences, for a fee. Please submit your project request through the above form to find out more.
WVU's central calendar has specific areas to submit your events to, and you can tag your school/department/program in the system. These events appear campus-wide, and also on websites you tag that have calendars. They also appear on the Health Sciences main calendar page (they will need to be tagged appropriately).
Health Sciences' IT team can help you with everything from computer support, to phone issues, to classroom tech support.
