Regularly Scheduled Series - Fees

The RSS CE Coordinator currently oversees and coordinates the review and accreditation process for all ongoing programs in Health Sciences Center departments as well as outside organizations for the Office of CE. For activities held on or before December 31, 2017

Administrative Fees

Following is the administrative fee schedule for ongoing programs overseen by the RSS CE Coordinator. This fee covers one type of credit only (medicine, nursing or dentistry). Additional credit may be obtained at a half cost per credit type.

• Annually per event held daily - $1000
• Annually per event held weekly - $600
• Annually per event held 2-3 times per month - $500
  
• Annually per event held monthly - $450
• Annually per event held quarterly - $300
• Annually per event held less than quarterly - $200
• Coordinated by a non-profit joint sponsor - $800
• Coordinated by a for-profit joint sponsor - $1000

Credit and Recording Fees

Following is the credit recording fee schedule for RSS programs. Credit recording fees will be billed annually based upon total credit hours provided:

• <100 hours - no additional charge
• 101 - 200 hours - $200
• 201 - 400 hours - $300
• 401 - 600 hours - $400
• 601 - 800 hours - $600
• 801 - 1000 hours - $600
• 1001 - 1300 hours - $700
• 1301 - 1600 hours - $800
• 1601 - 1900 hours - $900
• 1901 - 2200 hours - $1000
• 2201 - 2500 hours - $1100
• 2501 - 2800 - $1200, etc.

Each department will be invoiced annually at the end of the calendar year. New programs will be pro-rated. Payment in full is expected within thirty days of the billing date.

For activities held on or after January 1, 2018

Administrative Fees

Annual administrative fees are calculated according to the frequency per year. Covers one type of credit only (medicine, nursing or dentistry). 

• <5 times a year - $300
• 5-15 times a year - $600
• 16-30 times a year - $800
• 31-50 times a year - $1000
• 51-75 times a year - $1300
• 76-100 times a year - $1500
• 101-150 times a year - $1800
• 151-200 times a year - $2000
• 201+ times a year - $2300                                                                     

Additional credit types:     50% of Above Fee

• WVU Medicine Joint Sponsor - $100
• “Other” Non-Profit Joint Sponsor - $200
• For-Profit Joint Sponsor - $1000
