Because of my wonderful experience, I wanted to give back to ensure that the mission and work of the WVU Eye Institute continues.”

“With the recent passing of my husband, Matt, I have tried to find ways to preserve his memory. He was so proud of being a West Virginia University School of Dentistry graduate and serving as president of the DDS Class of 1996. He often referred to his time in dental school as the best time of his life. As an alumnus, he supported the school in different ways, whether it was mentoring students as interns in his practice or making a donation to the school. In an effort to remember Matt in the dental community, I have decided to start a scholarship in his name at the WVU School of Dentistry.”
