This is a planning and capacity building project funded by the Claude Worthington Benedum. It is intended to generate short and long-term strategies to improve the health of Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan County residents.

 

Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP): A Focus on Chronic Illness and Behavioral Health

This project utilizes a modified MAPP process to assess and improve systems of chronic and behavioral healthcare in the region. This project is intended to inform short and long-term strategies to improve the health of Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan County residents. Specifically, this project aims to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing access to and the quality of behavioral healthcare in the region.
