Assistant Professor of Surgery/ WVU

Dr. Kletter has over 20+ years in the surgical practice. He specializes in a wide range of Surgical procedures, including but not limited to laparoscopic, endoscopic, and surgical procedures.
While maintaining his surgical practice, he teaches residents and students.
His special interests are Skin and Soft Tissue, Breast, Intra-abdominal, Laproscopic and Hernia Surgeries, Endoscopies, and Critical Care.

Dr. Kletter resides in the Charles Town area with his wife and son, Elliot.
