David grew up in Boonsboro Maryland where he enjoyed helping his dad with the family construction business, playing football and lacrosse. Realizing that construction wasn't for him he completed a BS degree in biology at Salisbury University. He spent two years working for the National Cancer Institute while applying to medical schools and working on a Masters Degree in Regulatory Affairs. After receiving his MD degree from Ross University school of Medicine he decided that the country was where he belonged and joined Harper's Ferry Family Practice. David and his wife Jessica have one cat, Calypso. They hope to start a family in the near future but in the mean time time they enjoy biking, canoeing and spending time with family.
