Changing careers at midlife did not deter this aspiring financial wiz. After working with the restaurant phenomena “Chili’s” in Texas, then analyzing costs of medical implantables at Medtronic in sunny California, she attended medical school in the Caribbean. Now in the Rural Family Medicine Residency at Harpers Ferry, she is living her dream to become a physician who can assist patients of all ages. Some of her hobbies include exploring the outdoors, reading sci-fi and mysteries and enjoying home life with her sister and nephew.
