Tim was born in NJ and raised in California & Florida. He attended University of Florida and obtained a BSE in Secondary Science Education and BS in Physical Therapy, later returning for a Masters in PT from University of Indianapolis. He has worked as PT for 22 years in MD and WV, the past 18 in his private practice in near by Martinsburg. Tim returned to WVU for medical school and continues in WVU Family Practice Residency program at Harper's Ferry. He is married and has an 11 year old daughter and 13 year old son. His wife is a special education teacher locally. His special interests are orthopedics and sports medicine. Tim enjoys the local community, the rural setting, his family activities and his children’s sports. He keeps busy outside the residency with his 6 acres on the Opequon Creek. Tim says this is a great area to raise a family and practice medicine. He states we have access to an continuity with all the major surrounding metropolitan areas and Universities, but within our own rural setting. He notes the faculty has great talent and incredible enthusiasm for Family Medicine with interests in a variety of clinical areas.
