This service is for non-urgent appointments only. We generally are able to provide you with an appointment date 2-4 weeks from the date of your request. If you need an appointment sooner then this timeframe, please contact our office at (304) 535-6343 to schedule an appointment.

This service requires that you keep your appointment time or provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes. If you fail to provide proper notification of an appointment cancellation, you will lose your privilege to utilize this service and will be charged a no-show processing fee of $15.00. This charge is not billable to insurance or other third party payer and becomes the patient's responsibility.
