Dr. Ye Wang came to the Eastern Panhandle of WV with her husband who works in the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, and their two boys. After graduating from medical school in Shanghai, China, she taught medical students for a year before coming to the United States. She worked in medical research, clinic lab, pathology department for many years. Dr. Wang is very happy to be a part of the WVU Rural Family Medicine Residency Program because she enjoys the small program, the very friendly environment and the ability she has to spend one-on-one time with residents. Most of all, she time spent with her family, enjoying her boy’s soccer games and going to museums and good restaurants in D.C.
