Our providers provide training for residents at Harpers Ferry Family Medicine and also assist the West Virginia University Robert C. Byrd Health Science Center in their statewide mission of education and research.

Shannon Bentley MD

Dr. Shannon Bentley graduated from the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio in 1997. She subsequently completed a Family Medicine Residency in 2000 at the Wright State University Dayton Community Family Medicine Residency Program, followed by a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas in 2001.

Dr. Rosie Cannarella was born, raised and educated in West Virginia. Other than her four high school years when she attended an all-girls school in Philadelphia, she has lived all her years in this wonderful WV.

Dr. Mark Cucuzzella returned to his Mid Atlantic roots in 2005. After growing up in Ellicott City, Maryland and attending College and Medical School at the University of Virginia, he began a nine year active duty Air Force career with stations in California, Portugal, and Colorado.

Dr. Roelkey was raised in Boonsboro, MD. He graduated from Boonsboro High School in 1995 and completed his Bachelors of Science Degree from Salisburry University. Dr. Roelkey then worked as a Research Technician at the National Cancer Institute while working on a Masters degree in Regulatory Affairs from Hood College.
