Registration for the EPR2017 is open!

Discounts are available automatically for the participants who are registered and paid before May 15, 2017.

You may pay immediately or pay later. In both cases you need to fill out the same on-line registration form.

 

Registration fee   (includes Reception on July 16, 2017):

For Professionals: scientists, vendors..  $400 (before May 15, 2017)

                                                              $450 (after May 15, 2017).

For government employee:  (meals not included) $315 (before May 15, 2017)

                                                               $365 (after May 15, 2017).

For Students:                                         $300 (before May 15, 2017)

                                                               $350 (after May 15, 2017).

For accompanying person:                    $150 (Conference materials will not be provided).

Banquet ticket costs $35.

Note:  Registration fee does not include Banquet/Award ceremony ticket. You may buy it online or at the Conference. 

 

 

Registration fee includes:

-Round trip transportation from Pittsburgh or Morgantown airport to Lakeview Resort
-Transportation for excursions to tour the WVU Health Sciences Center facilities & to Cooper’s Rock State Forest
-Lunch for each day of the conference (5 days)
-Coffee/snack breaks each day
-Trainee and Travel Awards programs
-Event entertainment

 

Cancellation Policy:

Meeting registration is nontransferable. Meeting registration is nonrefundable after June 15, 2017, no exceptions. 

The organizers will honor requests for refunds if they are received via email by the organizing committee no later than June 15, 2017 and must include the original registration receipt with the request. No refunds will be issued for requests received after June 15, 2017. Please send a request for cancellation to oxana.tseytlin@hsc.wvu.edu
