2017 EPR Conference Sponsorship Level Opportunities

 

Gold Sponsorship: $7,500      SOLD

  • Exclusive recognition at the reception
  • Vendor table set-up/exhibit space fee waived to attend the week-long event

Platinum Sponsorship: $5,000

  • Exclusive recognition at the reception
  • Vendor table set-up/exhibit space fee reduced by 50% to attend the week-long event
  • Special recognition by WVU and other local media
  • ½ page of ad space provided in Conference booklet
  • Acknowledgement in Conference program
  • Logo displayed on a page listing all platinum level sponsors projected onto the meeting room screen

Silver Sponsorship: $2,500

  • Recognition at the reception
  • Special recognition by WVU and other local media
  • ¼ page of ad space provided in Conference booklet
  • Logo displayed in Conference program
  • Logo displayed on a page listing all Silver, Bronze and White level sponsorships projected onto the meeting room screen
  • Logo displayed on conference website

 

Bronze Sponsorship: $2,000

  • Recognition at the reception
  • ⅛ page of ad space provided in Conference booklet
  • Logo displayed in Conference program
  • Logo displayed on a page listing all Silver, Bronze and White level sponsorships projected onto the meeting room screen
  • Logo displayed on conference website

 

Exhibit space fees for vendors:

Vendor Registration fee is required. Exhibit space fee is waived for Gold and reduced for Platinum sponsorship. 

  • Table w/ skirt for vendor display will be provided during the Conference: $350
  • Space w/ table, chair and poster board for displaying company information: $20/sq. ft.

 

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities:

Dollars obtained from sponsorship will go towards the conference related expenses.  Any left-over proceeds will go towards supporting additional travel costs for conference attendees. 

Conference Center & meeting room fees: $1,500**

 

Conference welcome reception:  $4,500**         Sold

 

Conference farewell banquette:  $6,000**

 

Young scientist awards: $4,000

The Organizing Committee has established two prize levels consisting of two $1,000 prizes and four $500 prizes to recognize outstanding achievements for young scientists within the EPR field.

**These amounts are based on meal and service prices provided by the LakeView Resort & Conference center.

 

Another sponsoring option:

*The Organizing Committee can work with organizations on special sponsorship levels to provide exclusive rights allowing its sponsors to establish and name the prize to honor their company.

 

Travel stipend reward: $500 x 20 awards = $10,000

Cost is based on partial coverage of domestic travel expenses for 20 participants at the young scientist or graduate student level. These awards will be restricted for use on travel related expenses for attending the conference. 

 

Plenary speaker honorarium fees: $2,000

Cost is based on 5 scheduled special guest presenters x $400 honorarium fee each.

 

Poster sessions:   $2,000 x 3 = $6,000

Cost includes conference room fee, easel rental fee, soft alcohol drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided during the poster sessions.

 

Web/Print Logo:  $500

Option to purchase printed logo space for displaying company logos on conference materials.

 

Printing/Assembly of Conference booklet: $1,500

Cost is based on assembling 200 booklets.

 

Conference Supplies:

Support is needed to provide all registrants with the following conference materials.

 

Personalized registration tote bag stuffed with conference materials: $1,600

This is based off an estimated cost of $8.00/bag.

 

Name badges and holders:  $1,000

Based on an average cost of $5.00 per badge and holder.

 

Personalized flash drive loaded with Conference materials: $800

Based on an average cost of $4.00/usb drive.
