for one year for every year of support received or a minimum of two years,

for making contact with the community representative, often an administrator
from the primary care clinic or hospital, who will raise the 40% percent
community contribution. The individual community in conjunction with
the West Virginia Community Scholarship Advisory Panel determines the dollar
amount of the award. Federal regulations stipulate the money can
only be expended for tuition and fees, other reasonable educational expenses
and reasonable living expenses incurred while in attendance at the school.
