DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION OCCUPATIONAL/PHYSICAL THERAPY SCHOLARSHIP
The Occupational/Physical Therapy Scholarship is awarded to students who are in financial need and have been accepted or are attending an accredited school of occupational therapy (including art, music or physical therapy).

Deadline: April 15th. Applications are available by sending a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to obtain the name and address of your state scholarship chairman and an application. Address your request to: Committee Services Office, Attn: Scholarships, 1776 D Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006-5303. All requests must be done by mail. Any scholarship requests without the self-addressed, stamped envelope will be discarded.  

REHAB HOSPITAL FOR SPECIAL SERVICES OF NITTANY VALLEY (RHSSNV)
R.H.S.S.N.V.  Physical Therapy Financial Assistance Program offers loans to Physical Therapy students who will pursue licensure for the state of PA.  For additional information and application, contact  the R.H.S.S.N.V by phone at (814)359-3421, or write to them at RD #5 Box 451-A, Bellefonte, PA  16823.

EVAN & SALLIE HARRIS SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is awarded to Physical Therapy students in the Department of Human Performance & Applied Exercise. Receipients shall demonstrate financial need and high academic promise. A valid FAFSA application must be on file by March 1.

KEITH LEFFEL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is awarded to Physical Therapy students who pay in-state tuition, and who demonstrate leadership ability as determined by the Department Chair.
