Cheryl M. Riley has worked as a clinician in both inpatient and outpatient settings as an educator/trainer consultant. She specializes in work group development, focusing on conflict resolution/mediation, team building, communication styles and human resources management. Cheryl works with business and industry in policy development and professional development planning. Cheryl has contributed on a regional and national level as a presenter and board member of several professional organizations on topics including leadership, management, skill building and mediation. She is a professional mediator and served as past President of the West Virginia Center for Dispute Resolution, a non-profit organization promoting conflict management solutions for schools, communities, families and business.
