Application

You will need the following application materials to apply for the Histotechnology Program:

• Application Form
• Medical Laboratory Science Essential Functions
• Essential Functions Signature Form
• Two Recommendation Forms (one MUST be from a college science professor, and the other can be from another individual such as another instructor or employer.

Application packets (application, fee, signature sheet and two recommendations) received by the priority deadline of February 15 will receive first consideration for admission and scholarships. All completed application packets should be received by March 1.

The Medical Laboratory Science Admissions Committee will select the Fall entering class in July and applicants will receive notification of their admission status by the end of July.

In the event the class is not filled, the application deadline may be extended.
